PPL2O – Healthy Active Living Education empowers students to take charge of their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through active participation, health education, and personal development. This course promotes a balanced lifestyle by integrating physical fitness with wellness topics that are relevant to students’ everyday lives and long-term health.
Students participate in a variety of physical activities—from team sports to outdoor recreation and expressive movement—designed to build endurance, strength, coordination, and confidence. Alongside physical development, the course emphasizes the importance of making informed decisions about mental health, nutrition, relationships, and substance use.
Through interactive lessons, group collaboration, and self-reflection, students explore the many dimensions of health and gain insight into how their choices impact personal well-being. They also develop critical life skills such as stress management, communication, and leadership, learning how physical activity can be a powerful tool for emotional regulation and personal growth.
Whether students are athletes or new to fitness, PPL2O supports all learners in building lifelong habits that contribute to a healthy, active lifestyle. By the end of the course, students will be better equipped to set personal goals, make health-conscious decisions, and lead balanced, fulfilling lives both in and outside the classroom.
