TIJ10 – Exploring Technologies introduces Grade 9 students to the exciting and ever-evolving world of technology through hands-on learning, creative design challenges, and real-world problem-solving. Student learning in MTH1W is assessed through a balance of performance tasks, written work, and problem-solving activities:
- 70% of the final grade is based on unit evaluations, quizzes, and assignments
30% of the final grade is based on final evaluations:
10% Culminating project applying skills from all strands
20% Final written exam covering core concepts
